Introduction - August 31, 2020

For the first time since the Holocaust an new overtly anti-Semitic book has been published in the Netherlands. It is titled Hitlers diamanten (Hitler's diamonds) and it's launched by Aspekt publishers. The book, of which the author and publisher claim it reveals all kinds of startling secrets surrounding Adolf Hitler, is no more than an utter piece of garbage.

Because every “revelation” in it is sheer lunacy. According to
Hitler's diamonds Klara Pölzl, Hitler's mother, was a witch; Alois Hitler, Hitler's father sacrificed four of his children to the Jewish-protestant Satan; Hitler on his turn murdered his father; he spoke fluent Dutch and made Hermann Goering's wife Emmy pregnant, so Edda Goering's real name was Edda Hitler. Still, according to Hitler's diamonds, Hitler possessed the atomic bomb and allegedly is buried with Eva Braun, amidst a gold, diamonds and artworks hoard  in a crypt in an Austrian village.

The author claims also to have resolved the riddle of the Marsch Impromptu music score - another forged piece of Hitleriana originating from the Netherlands.

The Judeo-Protestant Masonic conspiracy?

Yet, these claims have only one function: to attract the attention of the many people with – for whatever reason – a fascination for Hitler and to hide the true nature of this book, which is to convince the audience of the existence of a
Judeo-Protestant Masonic conspiracy, existing since A.D. 1100 (no kiddin') and aimed at ruling the world. Seventeen pages of rambling about the authenticity of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion are included. And all of this drenched in numerological and pseudo linguistic gobbledygook, that continues for 521 pages.

A few quotes suffice to show the insanity of this book:

“The true story is that all those Jewish leaders gathered in Basel (in 1897) for a higher, secret purpose: to destroy the christian society and become the rulers of the world and create a New World Order.” (page 169)

“All the Jewish world leaders, about 250 highly placed and influential persons in their religious communities, didn't visit Basel (again, added up 11.5 = S.atan or Alfa or 11 x 5 = Sege or Sieg Satan and Satan is added up 55) to have a cup of coffee. They went there to settle their bank affairs for the future New World Order.”(page 171).

“The Nazis new exactly about the great passion of Jews and protestants to possess as much gold and diamonds as is possible.” (page 207).

To make matters worse: Olof van Joolen, a reporter of
De Telegraaf, the largest newspaper in the Netherlands, wrote an article about the book and was interviewed about it on the newspaper's Youtube channel. As he didn't mention anything about the insane “Judeo-Protestant Masonic conspiracy” theme, we asked him if he had read the entire book. He hadn't.

With the result that at this very moment numerous bookstores in the Netherlands are offering the book for sale.

The Enigma collective and the publisher

The book is allegedly written by a team of eight persons, called the Enigmacollectief (Enigma collective). But it seems that this collective is formed by just one person, Theo Beenen, age 61, a former city council member of Eindhoven.

At a press conference preceding the presentation of the book, August 18, 2019,  Mr. Beenen told that the other collective members were historians, hackers, ICT specialists, a crypto analyst, a psychologist and a few dedicated puzzlers. When we asked him for their names Mr. Beenen couldn't provide them.

CIDI

We asked the Center for Information and Documentation Israel (CIDI), the Netherlands’ leading organization dedicated to combating antisemitism, for it's opinion about Hitler's diamonds.

Aron Vrieler, spokesman of CIDI: “
This book is filled with of blatantly anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. The cliché of an alleged plot by Jews and Freemasons to rule the world is not even presented subtly or en passant, but is the explicit guideline of the story. As if that wasn't enough, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the best-known anti-Semitic hoax in history, are being presented as authentic. Such a work has not the slightest to do with historical research.

The various anti-Semitic passages are in addition to the "method" on which the authors claim to base their findings. The hatred for Jews in the book is therefore attributable to the authors themselves.”

CIDI asked Bol.com, the main online bookseller in the Netherlands and the publisher, Perry Pierik, to stop distributing the book. Yet, both companies continued to sell Hitler's diamonds .

The Netherlands Public Prosecution Service stated that in discrimi-nation cases (as this book is) it will only act if the case is reported to the police.

Update, September 1, 2020,

The publisher has withdrawn the book. He stated that a revised edition will be published in two weeks time (= half September).

Update, October 1, 2021,

Theo Beenen started a civil lawsuit against one of the writers of this article, Bart FM Droog, for slander and libel. The NVJ, the Dutch trade union for journalists took care of Droog's defense.

Update, March 8, 2022,

Today the lawsuit took place at Groningen court. The verdict will be announced on April 20, 2022. Droog wrote a report about the court session.
