Value of money 1911

The strange business of selling fakes, forgeries and other concoctions attributed to Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) and other Nazi criminals, as well as the trade in some authentic material.

In 1910-1914 Hitler sold his watercolors in Vienna (1910-1913) and Munich (1913-1914), for about 10 Austrian crowns (Krone) in Vienna to 20 Reichsmark  in Munich.

The amounts don't say much, if one doesn't know the present counter value, and the exchange rates in those years.

Therefore we created this page, to give some better insight in the prices of 1910-1914.
